To see my mother dance hula LIVE in front of a sold out crowd was so overwhelmingly beautiful. I watched her and her hālau dance to a classic song and I can see my grandmother in her. I see a woman who loves hula, Hawaiian music and culture. My mama Pua @seek_ask_knock_ was simply beautiful. I shed a tear and I told myself, “Dang, Kalani. That is your mother.
