🐨 Koala trapped in a soccer net ⚽️ Saturday was possibly the worst day of this young koala’s life. Emma, as we know her, was found tangled in a soccer net in a shared access lane in Carina Heights. We’re not sure how long she’d been there, struggling against the net in the hot morning sun. Koala rescuer John Knights had to cut the net to free her - her entire body was bound in twine. Back in August, she was found soaking wet and balancing precariously on a fence in Newbolt Street, Holland Park.

Have we mentioned lately how much of a diva #TayTay is💃? She still insists on bathing 🛁 in her water dish every day which is very peculiar behaviour 🤔. But she also apparently thinks it's acceptable behaviour to shove her wet butt 🍑 in #EdSheerans face in order to get the best browse 🍃. Beautiful Daphne spent some time in care with us 🏥 after getting trapped in a yard with a dog 🐕. After some careful monitoring 👀 and comprehensive vet checks in our clinic 🩺, Daphne received a clean bill of health ✅️ and it was time for her to return to her wild life 🌳.
