You’ll Probably Hate This… Or at least you think you will if you had old school, British style Tapioca Pudding as a kid, but this is how my Gran made hers and I love it (no surprise there tbh). We make it almost exactly the same way as rice pudding but with tapioca pearls. Nutmeg, vanilla, cream, butter and sugar… please tell what could there possibly be not to love about that?! This is the third time I’ve made it since Christmas Day, and I am LOVING it ☺️ I love it on its own or with a nice tar
