We saw a lot of comments last week about "dependent claims." So, here's the info and a tutorial video on how to file a dependent claim online in eBenefits. TL;DR??? Gist: Do NOT upload any documents for dependent claims; do NOT delete an old/pending dependent claim if you're re-filing online; the automation engine cannot automate previously-married dependents, step children, adoptions, or other special circumstances.
