Kodi runs at startup and I recieve this message at every boot up of Windows but dosnt happen if I restart the Kodi application.

Sep 9, 2016 · If I go to SYSTEM->LIVE TV-> the first option Enabled is NOT on. So that means it is then disabled and no PVR manager should ever pop up. Am I missing a setting somewhere?
