Starbucks will relaunch its Starbucks Rewards loyalty program on March 10, creating a three-tiered structure for the program’s 35.5 million members.
The revamped loyalty program, Parker’s Rewards, uses a points-based system that allows rewards members to enter their phone number at checkout to collect points on purchases. Customers earn 10 points per dollar spent on in-store purchases and twice as many points on mobile orders.
