On February 6, police were dispatched to the area of Jackson Road and Third Avenue in Douglass Township, Montgomery County, for a report of a school bus driving recklessly that nearly hit several vehicles. Responding officers found the bus, which had elementary school students on board, pulled over in a snowbank near Second Avenue and Gilbert Road.
